PRESCHOOL TEACHER

Qualifications:

• 40 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Preschool Education.
• Minimum of 2 years of local teaching experience in preschool or early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood learning principles and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about nurturing and supporting young children’s growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and learning activities for preschool children.
• Create engaging classroom experiences that promote children’s development and creativity.
• Provide care, guidance, and support to children in their daily routines and activities.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom resources.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Encourage positive social interaction, independence, and good learning habits among children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to implement school programs and activities.
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and school events.
• Follow school policies, child protection guidelines, and safety standards.
