ME drůbež s.r.o. is seeking hardworking and responsible Poultry Workers (Helpers) to join its poultry farm operations in the Czech Republic. The successful candidates will assist with daily poultry care, feeding and watering, fattening, cleaning, vaccination support, preparation of poultry before slaughter, and general farm operations. Candidates should be physically fit, diligent, responsible, and willing to work and learn in a demanding agricultural environment.

Poultry Worker (Helper)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• 20–40 years old; older applicants may be considered if they are in good health and have relevant experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in poultry farms or similar agricultural production environments.
• Good English communication skills.
• Physically fit and in excellent health condition to perform demanding farm work.
• Independent, responsible, diligent, and hardworking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work, learn, and follow farm procedures and instructions.
• Strong sense of order, cleanliness, and proper workplace hygiene.
• Ability to work with poultry in a farm production environment.
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving passenger vehicles.
• Experience operating a tractor is an advantage.
• Experience operating a telescopic loader is an advantage.
• Experience operating other farm machinery or equipment is a strong advantage.
• Safety-conscious and capable of following instructions when operating machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Feed and provide clean drinking water to poultry according to established farm schedules and procedures.
• Assist with poultry fattening activities and monitor birds throughout the growing period.
• Perform routine care and daily checks of poultry to help maintain their health and welfare.
• Observe poultry for signs of illness, injury, unusual behavior, or other health concerns and report findings to supervisors.
• Assist farm personnel in maintaining proper poultry housing and environmental conditions.
• Clean poultry stations, housing areas, equipment, tools, and work areas regularly.
• Operate a VAP pressure cleaner / pressure washer for cleaning poultry facilities and equipment.
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and biosecurity procedures to help prevent disease transmission.
• Assist authorized personnel during poultry vaccination activities as instructed.
• Handle poultry carefully and safely during routine farm operations, transfers, and other required activities.
• Assist in the stocking and preparation of poultry before slaughter according to established procedures.
• Help move and handle poultry safely while minimizing stress and injury to the birds.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the poultry farm and assigned work areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling of farm supplies, feed, equipment, and other materials.
• Operate farm machinery and equipment only when properly authorized and trained.
• Perform basic checks and routine care of assigned farm equipment and machinery.
• Report equipment problems, breakdowns, damaged facilities, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Follow farm health, safety, hygiene, and biosecurity rules at all times.
• Maintain accurate records or checklists when assigned by farm management.
• Work independently when required while maintaining regular communication with supervisors and team members.
• Assist coworkers with general poultry farm tasks during busy periods.
• Maintain a high standard of diligence, cleanliness, and organization in all assigned duties.
• Perform other poultry farming, cleaning, animal care, and general farm duties assigned by management.
