Al Fardan Jewellery is seeking a reliable and hardworking Pool Cleaner to maintain swimming pools and ensure that water quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are properly maintained. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine pool cleaning, monitoring chemical and pH levels, maintaining pool areas and equipment, and following established safety procedures.

POOL CLEANER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in swimming pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper pool chemical handling and pH level maintenance.
• Knowledge of swimming pool safety standards and safe maintenance procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Good understanding and ability to speak and communicate in English.
• Good attitude, proper manners, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
• Physically fit and capable of performing routine pool cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a passport valid for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain swimming pools regularly to ensure cleanliness and proper appearance.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate pool chemical levels and pH balance according to established standards.
• Test pool water regularly and make appropriate chemical adjustments when necessary.
• Maintain proper water quality and ensure pools remain safe and suitable for use.
• Remove leaves, debris, dirt, and other contaminants from pool surfaces and surrounding areas.
• Clean pool floors, walls, steps, drains, filters, and other pool components as required.
• Operate and check basic pool cleaning and maintenance equipment properly.
• Inspect pool equipment and report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Follow proper procedures when handling, storing, and using pool cleaning chemicals.
• Strictly observe pool maintenance and workplace safety standards.
• Keep the poolside and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of pool cleaning activities, water testing, and chemical treatment when required.
• Report unusual water conditions, equipment problems, or safety concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other staff to ensure timely completion of pool maintenance tasks.
• Perform other pool cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
