Australian Skilled Migration is seeking highly skilled and experienced Pipe Welders to join construction and industrial projects in Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for welding and fabricating piping systems in accordance with engineering drawings, industry standards, and safety regulations while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
PIPE WELDER
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Pipe Welder, preferably with overseas experience.
- Must have completed at least one (1) year of college or a one-year vocational course.
- Must be currently residing in the Philippines.
- Strong knowledge of pipe welding techniques, welding procedures, and fabrication standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform precise welding on various pipe systems.
- Physically fit and able to work in industrial and construction environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pipe welding using approved welding processes and techniques in accordance with project specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, welding symbols, and isometric pipe drawings.
- Prepare, fit, align, and weld pipes made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and related tools safely and efficiently.
- Repair, modify, and fabricate piping systems as required.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
