Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including dough preparation, baking, and decorating
• Creative flair and ability to develop new pastry concepts
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering visually appealing creations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Description:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads
• Create unique and innovative pastry recipes
• Ensure high-quality taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry items
• Manage and maintain inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate pastry production with other menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized pastry workstation
