Ladun Investment Group is seeking experienced Painters and Masons to work on construction sites. The role involves performing painting, masonry, and related construction tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.

PAINTER / MASON

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working on construction sites as a painter or mason
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, masonry work, and construction materials
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and protective equipment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Apply paint, stains, and coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes
  • Perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying, plastering, and concrete work
  • Mix and apply materials, including cement, mortar, and grout
  • Follow construction plans, specifications, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
  • Collaborate with other construction team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Identify and report any defects, hazards, or issues on the worksite
