Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Previous experience as a painter or in a related field.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and precision in painting work.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Professionalism and good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Safety training and certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Apply paint, varnish, stain, or other coatings to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment.
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.
• Repair and patch damaged or uneven surfaces.
• Coordinate with other tradespeople on construction or renovation projects.
• Ensure quality and consistency in painting workmanship.
