FINISH ASSISTANT PAINTER (EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Local or Ex Abroad is an Advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

• Responsible for leading and coordinating the work of Painter positions in the maintenance of painted surfaces on all facilities
• Ensures that assigned duties are completed on schedule and are done well
• Schedules and assigns all work
• Responsible for all supplies and materials; does related work as required.
• Physical strength and agility are required to lift and carry ladders, hand tools and painting equipment and to work on ladders, scaffolding and knees.
• Prepares surfaces for painting by cleaning, vacuuming, sanding, patching and repairing them; protects surfaces and objects near painting projects by covering, protecting and masking them;
