Meena Medical Health Holding Company is seeking qualified Female Nursing Assistants for an overseas healthcare opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and supporting daily hospital operations.

NURSING ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• 24 to 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery.
• Valid PRC Midwife License is required.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience.
• Must have a Saudi Council License.
• Willing to be assigned to any department and location.
• Good English communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and patient-care skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with nurses, doctors, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
• Physically and emotionally capable of working in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist nurses and healthcare professionals in providing patient care.
• Support patients with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Monitor and report patients’ conditions or changes in health status to the nursing team.
• Assist with measuring and recording vital signs as directed.
• Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
• Assist healthcare professionals during patient care activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
• Assist with the proper handling and preparation of medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and documentation as required.
• Provide emotional support and assistance to patients and their families.
• Communicate professionally with patients, nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff.
• Follow hospital policies, safety procedures, and professional standards.
• Be willing to work in different departments and locations as assigned.
• Perform other duties related to patient care as assigned.
