QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Nurse with valid PRC ID
• With at least 1 yr. experience as a Staff Nurse in a Hospital Settings

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitors vital signs, intake and output, intravenous fluids and sees and close watch patients often.
• Make rounds with attending physicians, assists when examining patients, and carry out all order given.
• Administers and charts medications and patient’s reaction to medical administrations.
• Gives health teaching thereafter.
