NURSE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing qualification.
• Applicants with relevant vocational, technical, or equivalent healthcare qualifications may also be considered based on employer requirements.
• Must possess a valid passport with at least one (1) year of validity.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing quality healthcare.
• Physically fit and capable of working rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ health conditions and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies according to physician orders.
• Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patients’ needs.
• Monitor patient progress and promptly report any changes in condition to the attending physician.
• Provide wound care, injections, catheterization, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Educate patients and their families on medications, treatment plans, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital policies.
• Prepare medical equipment and ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving interventions when necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Participate in continuous professional development and mandatory training programs.
• Perform other nursing duties assigned by supervisors or healthcare management.
