Nail Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Nail Technician.
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree, Vocational, Technical, or equivalent program.
• Must possess a valid passport with at least one (1) year of validity.
• Proficient in manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art.
• Strong knowledge of nail care products, tools, and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional appearance with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Good manual dexterity, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services according to client preferences and salon standards.
• Apply and remove gel polish, acrylic nails, dip powder, shellac, and other nail enhancement systems.
• Create custom nail art and decorative nail designs as requested by clients.
• Trim, shape, buff, clean, and polish natural nails.
• Assess the condition of clients’ nails and recommend appropriate nail care treatments.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend suitable products for home maintenance.
• Sterilize and disinfect tools, equipment, and workstations before and after each service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in compliance with salon health and safety regulations.
• Manage appointments efficiently while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of nail products and report supply shortages when necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest nail care techniques, products, and beauty trends.
• Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication and exceptional service.
• Assist in promoting salon services and retail products when appropriate.
• Perform other beauty-related duties assigned by the salon manager.
