Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Mobile Crane Operators to support oil and gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating mobile cranes safely and efficiently to support lifting operations, material handling, and construction activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

MOBILE CRANE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience operating mobile cranes in construction or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of lifting operations, crane safety procedures, and equipment handling.
• Ability to understand load charts, lifting instructions, and safety requirements.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction site conditions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, position, and place heavy materials and equipment.
• Perform lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety procedures.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure cranes are in safe working condition.
• Verify load capacities, lifting equipment, and rigging requirements before operations.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, supervisors, and other site personnel during lifting activities.
• Maintain accurate equipment operation records and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Follow company policies, client requirements, and oil and gas industry safety standards.
• Ensure proper crane setup, including leveling, positioning, and safe operating conditions.
• Assist with routine equipment care and basic operator-level maintenance.
• Perform other crane operation duties as assigned by the employer.
