MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
• Experience in brownfield projects within operating plants is highly preferred
• Strong familiarity with plant work permit systems
• Previous experience with companies such as TASNEE, SIPCHEM, ARAMCO, or SABIC is an advantage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Committed to safety and operational excellence

Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical activities in plant operations, including maintenance, installation, and upgrades
• Manage brownfield projects such as revamping, shutdown/turnaround, expansion, and system turnover
• Ensure compliance with plant work permit procedures and safety regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to project timelines
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture within the team
• Prepare reports and provide updates to management
