FLIDR METAL s.r.o. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Measuring Center Operator to join its manufacturing team in the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing precise dimensional measurements of automotive parts using 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other measuring tools, interpreting technical drawings, recording measurement results, and supporting quality control and inventory documentation.

Qualifications:
- Male applicants, 25–40 years old.
- High school or vocational graduate.
- Proven experience in using 3D measuring machines or Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
- Knowledge and experience in measuring components using X, Y, and Z-axis measuring systems.
- Experience in measuring all sides, surfaces, centers, and critical dimensions of automotive parts.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Good understanding of precision measurement and quality inspection procedures.
- Experience in recording, encoding, and maintaining accurate inspection or production data.
- Experience in inventory-related recording and documentation is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
- Ability to identify dimensional deviations and report non-conforming parts.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle measuring equipment and automotive components carefully and responsibly.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills for recording and encoding information.
- Ability to follow quality standards, work instructions, and workplace safety procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, accurate, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and use 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) with X, Y, and Z-axis measurement capabilities.
- Perform accurate dimensional inspections of automotive parts and components.
- Measure all sides, surfaces, centers, dimensions, and critical features of parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Position and prepare automotive parts correctly for inspection and measurement.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, dimensions, tolerances, and measurement specifications.
- Use CMM machines and other appropriate measuring tools to verify the accuracy and quality of manufactured parts.
- Compare measurement results with approved specifications, drawings, and required tolerances.
- Identify and report dimensional deviations, defects, or non-conforming parts to the appropriate supervisor or quality personnel.
- Perform routine quality checks and inspections throughout the production process.
- Ensure accurate and consistent measurement of parts before approval or further processing.
- Record, encode, and maintain accurate measurement and inspection results.
- Enter and update quality, measurement, production, and related information in required records or systems.
- Assist with proper documentation and traceability of inspected automotive parts.
- Support inventory activities by recording, encoding, and monitoring inspected materials or components as required.
- Maintain organized records of measurements, inspection results, and quality control activities.
- Handle automotive parts and measuring equipment carefully to prevent damage and maintain measurement accuracy.
- Keep the CMM measuring area, tools, equipment, and workstation clean and properly organized.
- Follow established quality control procedures, production requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, engineering, and warehouse personnel regarding inspection results and non-conforming products.
- Report equipment problems, measurement discrepancies, or technical concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform other measuring, quality inspection, recording, encoding, and inventory-related duties assigned by management.
