Manufacturing Control Engineer

Qualifications:

• BS Electronics & Communication Engr.
• Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the following tools: 5s, Kaizen, 5why analysis
• Can read and write electrical drawings.
• Can read and write pneumatic & hydraulic drawings.
• Background knowledge in PLC programming – Allen Bradley RSlogix Software ( Logic 500-Studio 50000
  Background knowledge in Drives automation
• Allen Bradley power & Kinetix servo flex series
• Danfoss AC Drives – ABB Drives (Background knowledge in HMI software and programming) Allen Bradley Factorytalk View editions – Siemens
• WinCC Flexible(Background knowledge in CAD drawings) AutoCAD, E-plan (Background knowledge on Fanuc Robots)
• Flexibility on rotating shift schedules ( Day/Night )
• Hands-on troubleshooting capacity.
• Background knowledge in calibration and use of calibration tools.
• Manufacturing background and can work logically in times of pressure.
• Can independently work or can work within a group.
• Able to lead small or big groups for project execution.
• Self-motivated and able to formulate solutions on production issues.
• Positive attitude towards colleagues and subordinates.
