MANAGER PROCESS & EQUIPMENT

Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate.
• Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Open to male and female applicants.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least an intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Must have experience in management, team development, and technical training.
• Must understand production process control, equipment performance, and product quality and reliability requirements.
• Must have experience monitoring process and equipment performance indicators and driving teams toward established targets.
• Must be capable of managing process deviations, leading root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
• Must have experience leading continuous improvement projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the process and equipment team to achieve operational and organizational objectives.
• Develop and deliver technical training to team members, helping each individual strengthen their skills and reach their full potential.
• Ensure production processes and equipment operate within established control limits and meet required product quality and reliability standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment and processes, establish performance goals, and guide the team in achieving targets.
• Identify and contain process or equipment deviations to minimize production disruptions and protect product quality.
• Lead root cause analysis to determine the causes of process and equipment problems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Establish and lead teams responsible for continuous improvement projects aligned with organizational priorities.
• Analyze process and equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, reliability, and quality.
• Coordinate with relevant engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve operational challenges and sustain process improvements.
