MANAGER ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s Degree in any field and Can speak English and Arabic.
• Requires monitoring progress of projects, preparing presentation and providing periodic reports to track various type of projects

Job Description:

• Excellent knowledge in MS Project and Microsoft office applications (word, excel, power point & access)
• Hands on experience with SAP; Good experience in documentation Control; worked in industrial
  environment; Inspecting inventory and reporting inconsistencies as well as ordering more materials
• Follow up on projects and provide status report, prepare presentations for the progress of the projects and provide meeting support.
• Monitor project progress and escalate any issues that arise.
• Organize meetings, workshops, events and prepare/consolidate presentations.
• Perform quality assurance/quality control for IT tickets and projects progress.
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
