FEMALE OFFICE SUPERVISOR (SECRETARY)

Qualifications:

• Female Applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical work, update and maintain information on ACE Company databases and computer systems, entering data in
  database and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
• Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and usable information in ACES systems
• Generate reports, store completed work in designed locations and perform backup operations.
• Ensure proper identification and location of the electronic files to enable easy retrieval
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

• Training Certificates/TESDA NC II or equivalent
