Maintenance Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • Experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities:

  • The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment. This role involves performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Monitor inventory of spare parts and place orders when necessary.
  • Complies with ISO 9001:2015 & API Q1 standards.
  • Complies with company Health & Safety matters within the factory.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
  • Employment certificates
  • NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
  • PEOS certificate
