Process Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Or Master degree in Material Engineering.
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of process design and optimization techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Leading role in continuously improving the manufacturing process with the aim of driving quality standards up and the cost base down. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Design and develop new processes and systems to enhance production efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies.
- Develop and implement process control strategies.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Complies with ISO 9001:2015 & API Q1 standards
- Ensuring all Project Data is recorded and updated, proper work procedures available and maintained
- Complies with company Health & Safety matters within the factory.
- Support the technology team.
- Work overtime when workload requires.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
