Shangri-La is seeking a motivated and guest-focused Loyalty Manager to support its hotel loyalty programs and strengthen guest relationships. The successful candidate will help enhance guest satisfaction, encourage repeat stays, and promote loyalty program engagement while maintaining the company’s hospitality service standards.

LOYALTY MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience in hotel loyalty programs or guest relations is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different hotel departments.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and management of hotel loyalty programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with hotel guests and loyalty program members.
  • Assist guests with loyalty program inquiries, membership benefits, and related concerns.
  • Promote loyalty program enrollment, participation, and member engagement.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to help deliver personalized guest experiences.
  • Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Help maintain accurate guest and membership records in accordance with company policies.
  • Support promotional campaigns and initiatives designed to encourage repeat bookings and guest retention.
  • Prepare reports and assist with evaluating loyalty program performance as required.
  • Ensure professional guest service and compliance with hotel standards.
