Universal Technique Factory For Industry is seeking physically fit and hardworking Load and Unload Workers to assist with the safe handling, loading, unloading, and organization of goods, cargo, freight, and materials in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will move products safely on and off delivery trucks, shipping containers, storage racks, and designated work areas while following proper handling and workplace safety procedures.

LOAD AND UNLOAD WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Experience in the related field is preferable.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, carrying, moving, and organizing goods and materials.
• Knowledge of safe handling, lifting, loading, unloading, and storage practices.
• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision.
• Careful and responsible when handling freight, products, cargo, and other materials.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and proper material-handling practices.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods, cargo, freight, products, and materials from delivery trucks and shipping containers.
• Safely move and transport materials between loading areas, storage areas, and designated work locations.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and position goods and materials using proper manual handling techniques.
• Organize freight, products, and materials neatly on storage racks, pallets, or designated areas.
• Inspect goods and materials for visible damage during loading and unloading operations.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage, breakage, contamination, or loss.
• Assist in preparing goods and materials for delivery, shipment, or storage.
• Secure and arrange loads properly to ensure safe transportation and handling.
• Follow instructions regarding the placement, quantity, and handling of different materials.
• Assist drivers, warehouse personnel, and other workers during loading and unloading activities.
• Use basic material-handling equipment and tools safely when assigned and properly trained.
• Keep loading bays, storage areas, and workspaces clean and free from unnecessary obstructions.
• Assist with counting, checking, sorting, and organizing goods and materials when required.
• Report damaged goods, unsafe conditions, missing items, or other concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and proper lifting and handling practices.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• Maintain an organized work area and ensure materials are placed in their proper locations.
• Perform other general labor, material-handling, loading, and unloading duties as assigned.
