Aureol Global Connections is seeking qualified and experienced Laser Cutting Operators for deployment to Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines, ensuring precise cutting of materials, and maintaining high production and quality standards in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
LASER CUTTING OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of relevant work experience in laser cutting, metal fabrication, or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge and experience in operating CNC laser cutting machines and related equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Skilled in machine setup, calibration, and material preparation.
- Familiarity with metal fabrication processes, tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cutting and production work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in steel fabrication, automotive, construction, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Operate laser cutting machines safely and efficiently according to production requirements.
- Perform accurate cutting of metal and other materials based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor laser cutting equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy are achieved.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Follow company safety regulations and operational procedures at all times.
- Report machine issues, defects, or operational concerns promptly to supervisors.
