Kitchen Service Worker

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Good English communication skill

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

• Must be specialized in Italian Cuisine
  • Should know complete preparation of Pizzas, Pastas, Italian breads
  • Capable of preparing Pizza dough by kneading and stretching as required
  • Capable of working on Italian Wood Oven
  • Must be good at preparing different kind of pastas and pasta sauces
• Preparing the dishes and presenting to the counter on time
• Making sure that the pre prepped items are ready on time to execute various dishes for the section
• Maintaining the freshness of all the ingredients using food safety standards so that the dishes prepared are fresh and healthy
