FEMALE BARISTA WITH EXCELLENT LATTE ART SKILLS

Qualifications:

• Pleasing personality and good hygiene
• Passion to works with under pressure, and willing to work multi-tasking
• Excellent in customer service, interactions, flexibility, consistency in works, friendliness, organization and monitoring
• Long term agreement, at least know how to handle POS, cash and honest employee
• For cook, with good experience and knowledge on how to cook and prepare Eastern, Western and English breakfast
• High knowledge of food hygiene and food safety, standard operation procedure, work areas for cleanliness and functionality, kitchen equipment’s and food preparation
• Excellent in team player, collaborating, dedicated, trusted, hardworking employee, multi-tasking, responsible and respective employee.
• Basic knowledge on how to monitor the stocks, ordering, inventory, organizing stocks, and FIFO system
• Creative, food presentation, develop recipes creation and determine how to present dishes or having culinary expertise
• Passionate about food and cooking

Responsibilities:

• Know the standard operation procedure of Barista works;
• Calibrations, how to operate espresso machine and coffee grinder machine;
• Cupping of the taste of different coffee beans;
• Knowing the good coffee beans and origin
• Excellent latte art, manual brewed, hot & cold drinks
• Assist with a cafe’s daily operations and interact with customers

Requirements:

• Must have valid passport

• Certificate of Employment ( if available)
