Kitchen Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven background in restaurant or bakery operations.
• Experience in fine dining restaurants or hotels is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Relevant experience in kitchen service, food preparation, and restaurant operations.
• Reliable, customer-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation to meet company standards.
• Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a productive and collaborative team environment.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency.
• Coordinate with restaurant management to plan menus, specials, and workflow.
• Address customer feedback or complaints regarding food quality promptly and professionally.
