Kitchen Helper

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a kitchen or related role.
• At least High School graduate.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to perform cleaning and dishwashing tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with breading and frying techniques is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of food safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
• Perform breading and frying of food following standard procedures.
• Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen at all times.
• Clean food preparation areas, floors, and storage spaces.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with daily kitchen tasks.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and ingredients.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow hygiene standards.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
