Qassim University Medical City is seeking qualified and experienced IVF Nurses to join its healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. The position is open to female Registered Nurses in the Philippines who can provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing fertility assessment and assisted reproductive procedures. Candidates should have relevant clinical experience and strong communication and computer skills.

IVF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
• Age: 24–37 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Clinical experience in IVF, fertility nursing, reproductive health, or assisted reproductive procedures is highly relevant.
• Experience in patient preparation, medication administration, clinical monitoring, and procedure assistance.
• Good understanding of infection prevention, patient safety, clinical documentation, and confidentiality.
• With or without DataFlow and Mumaris eligibility.
• Good English communication skills.
• Computer skills must be Level III-E.
• Good interpersonal and patient-care skills, particularly when assisting patients undergoing fertility treatment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow clinical instructions and treatment protocols.
• Able to work effectively with physicians, nurses, embryologists, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Physically and professionally capable of working in a specialized medical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing IVF and assisted reproductive procedures.
• Prepare patients for fertility assessments, IVF procedures, and related treatments.
• Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and relevant clinical information.
• Explain procedures, medications, preparation requirements, and follow-up instructions to patients.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients undergoing fertility treatment.
• Assist physicians and fertility specialists during consultations and clinical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, instruments, and supplies for IVF-related procedures.
• Assist with patient preparation before egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other fertility procedures as assigned.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and report any abnormal findings promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical protocols.
• Provide instructions regarding prescribed medications, injections, appointments, and treatment schedules.
• Monitor patients for possible side effects, complications, or adverse reactions and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Assist with specimen collection, identification, labeling, handling, and proper documentation according to facility procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, treatment notes, medication records, and procedure documentation.
• Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, laboratory procedures, and follow-up visits.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, embryologists, laboratory personnel, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and protect sensitive medical information.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures and maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Ensure medical equipment and supplies are properly prepared, maintained, and stored.
• Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of medications, medical consumables, and clinical materials.
• Provide patient education regarding fertility treatment plans, preparation, recovery, and follow-up care.
• Use hospital computer systems and relevant clinical software for documentation, scheduling, and patient records.
• Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, patient-safety standards, and applicable Saudi healthcare regulations.
• Perform other nursing and IVF-related clinical duties assigned by management.
