Turra Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffolder to perform scaffolding and general maintenance operations in accordance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and efficient scaffolding setups, contribute to accident-free operations, and maintain equipment integrity.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scaffolder.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Current High-Risk License in Scaffold (SB/SI/SA).
- Current High-Risk License for Working at Heights.
- Current High-Risk License for Confined Space Entry.
- Proven experience in equipment inspections, maintenance, and operational testing.
- Knowledge of scaffolding operations, inventory, and asset control.
- Strong administrative coordination, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Physically fit, well-presented, and able to work under high-pressure conditions.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative and enthusiasm to solve problems and deliver results.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Competent in general plant maintenance and facility housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Execute scaffolding operations safely, following AS-NZS standards, PNG regulations, and manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Participate in EMPNG training programs and adhere to all safe work practices, including EPTWS, JSA, LMRA, O&I, and company procedures.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure the safety of all worksite personnel.
- Prepare worksite for scaffolding operations, including site setup and load management.
- Inspect, maintain, and manage scaffolding equipment, ensuring operational readiness.
- Perform general plant maintenance activities in alignment with SWP and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, including inventory and asset control.
- Perform housekeeping duties and waste management in work areas.
- Support the company’s safety culture and behaviors, ensuring compliance with Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) guidelines 5-1, 5-2, and 6-1.
- Communicate effectively with management, team members, and external parties.
- Provide mentorship and support for young Papua New Guineans, promoting teamwork and knowledge transfer.
