HVAC Technician II

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance or related fields.
• Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment troubleshooting, repair procedures, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and HVAC documentation.
• Experience using HVAC tools and testing equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an industrial environment.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, equipment, and related components.
• Conduct troubleshooting, testing, inspection, and repair of air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Diagnose HVAC equipment issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist in installation, modification, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with technical specifications and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and technical documentation.
• Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and industry maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other maintenance teams to support reliable plant operations.
