HVAC Technician I

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance or related fields.
• Experience in routine maintenance and repair work within petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, refineries, chemical plants, and Oil & Gas facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and industrial maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and perform repair activities safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, equipment, and related components.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose HVAC system faults and carry out necessary corrective actions.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment when required.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate safely and efficiently according to technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and work documentation.
• Follow company safety procedures, maintenance standards, and industrial regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other maintenance teams to support smooth plant operations.
