HSE DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HSE documentation or administrative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and documentation practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the HSE team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Organize, store, and track HSE records, reports, permits, and related documentation.
- Ensure all HSE documents are up to date, accurately filed, and easily accessible for audits and inspections.
- Review incoming HSE documents, verify accuracy, and distribute to relevant departments or personnel.
- Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits, safety inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with HSE team members to ensure proper documentation of safety incidents, risk assessments, and safety meetings.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems and ensure adherence to document control procedures.
