Al Zamil Heavy Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Specialist to support its human resources and administrative operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, implementing HR policies and programs, supporting employee development, and ensuring efficient HR administration while contributing to the organization’s overall business objectives.
HR SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Overseas work experience is an advantage.
- At least 30 years old.
- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management Systems, Learning & Development, and HRIS Management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business software, with the ability to prepare analytical reports.
- Above-average proficiency in HRIS applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; conversational Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage core human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation.
- Administer employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Process compensation and benefits administration in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate training activities and assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
