Heavy Equipment Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Must have extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Must be skilled in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and transmissions.
• Must have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in preventive maintenance and mechanical repair procedures.
• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia or other Gulf countries is preferred.
• Must be responsible, technically competent, and able to work independently or as part of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and trucks to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose mechanical problems involving diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and transmissions.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs.
• Inspect engine components, hydraulic lines, pumps, valves, and transmission systems.
• Use appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical faults.
• Replace or repair defective components and ensure equipment is operating properly.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and equipment maintenance standards.
