Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Hairdresser.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Hairdressing, Beauty Care, or a related field.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• NC II in Hairdressing and a Certificate of Employment (COE) are preferred.
• Must have a valid passport and complete employment documents.
• Skilled in hair cutting, styling, coloring, rebonding, perming, and hair treatments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services, including cutting, trimming, styling, blow-drying, coloring, bleaching, perming, straightening, and hair treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care solutions.
• Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients’ hair before styling or treatment.
• Apply hair coloring, highlights, and other chemical treatments following salon procedures and safety standards.
• Recommend appropriate hair care products and maintenance routines to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper organization of workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
• Sterilize combs, brushes, scissors, clippers, and other salon tools after each use.
• Ensure excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional, and comfortable salon experience.
• Keep accurate records of client services and product recommendations when required.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and proper handling of salon products and supplies.
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other salon and beauty-related duties assigned by management.
