FLORIST

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Florist or Floral Arranger is required.
  • Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
  • Proven work experience as a Florist / Floral Arranger.
  • Must submit a portfolio of sample floral works and a video presentation of previous creations.
  • Creative ability with strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak gifting seasons and high-volume orders.
  • Good knowledge of flower handling, preservation techniques, and floral arrangement methods.
  • Must have at least 12 months validity remaining on passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Create aesthetic and high-quality floral designs, including bouquets, table arrangements, and event centerpieces.
  • Prepare, arrange, and maintain flowers and related materials to ensure freshness and optimal quality.
  • Process and care for floral inventory through daily trimming, watering, proper handling, and temperature control.
  • Produce commercial bouquets in large quantities while maintaining consistent quality and design standards.
  • Create bespoke and premium floral arrangements for special occasions, gifting seasons, and events.
  • Efficiently manage bulk orders to meet online catalog demands and fast local delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all floral arrangements are completed according to customer requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
