Filipino Recruiter

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 24–30 years old.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Must be currently working as a Recruiter in a Manpower Recruitment Agency.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified Filipino candidates based on client and company requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and deployment preparation.
• Review resumes, verify qualifications, and assess candidates’ suitability for available positions.
• Coordinate with applicants, recruitment teams, and company representatives throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports and updates using Microsoft Office applications.
• Manage email communications, scheduling, and recruitment documentation through Outlook and Excel.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Provide professional assistance and support to applicants during the recruitment process.
