FIBER TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience
• Assists in all phases of broadband construction including heavy equipment operation; splicing, terminating, and maintaining fiber optic cable and the supporting outside plant

Job Description:

• Splicing, terminating, and maintaining fiber optic cable and the supporting outside plant
• Install new systems and wiring at a home or place of business.
• Make repairs to old systems and wiring.
• Inspect existing fiber optics systems for problems that could interrupt service.
• Skilled employee who repairs, installs, replaces, and services various types of equipment and systems.
