FEMALE LIGHTING DESIGNER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Must Have experienced in AutoCad specialized in 3D MAX & Dailux Software

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the director or art director to determine an initial lighting plan
• Communicating with other designers, such as the set and costume designers, to determine colors or moods for the project
• Participating in production meetings throughout the project
• Designing a lighting plan which includes details about the lighting equipment and placement
• Creating cue sheets to show technicians when to turn on various lights
• Attending rehearsals and discussing the lighting process with technicians
• Managing lighting rentals or purchases for the company
• Assisting with the lighting focus and set-up procedures during dress rehearsals
• Loading, unloading and setting up new lighting equipment
• Reviewing the production budget to ensure lighting meets the funding requirements

Requirements:

• Valid passport ( 2 years validity)
• Updated resume
• Certificate of Employment
• PEOS and EREG
