Job Vacancy: Factory Worker (Technical Operator – IQC)

SRX Global (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Operator (IQC) to support Incoming Quality Control operations in an electronics manufacturing environment. The role focuses on inspecting incoming materials, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting quality processes for PCBA and related products.

Factory Worker (Technical Operator – IQC)

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in quality control or manufacturing
  • Experience in Material Incoming QC and First Article Inspection is an advantage
  • Knowledge and exposure to PCBA and box build processes is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of inspection tools and quality standards
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Perform material receiving inspection in accordance with specifications and quality standards
  • Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) to verify product compliance before production
  • Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities for nonconforming materials
  • Identify, document, and quarantine defective or nonconforming items
  • Ensure timely inspection and proper documentation of all materials
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve material issues
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
