FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• College degree or higher educational qualification is encouraged.
• Experience or familiarity with Lathe Machines or CNC operation is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Good communication skills in English for team coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in factory operations, including assembly, machining, and production support.
• Operate and maintain Lathe Machines or CNC equipment (if trained).
• Follow production instructions, maintain quality standards, and meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Conduct basic inspection and quality checks on produced components.
• Report any equipment issues or production delays to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety procedures.
