Dingzing Advanced Materials Incorporated is seeking qualified applicants for a Factory Worker position in Taiwan. The successful candidate will support manufacturing and production operations while following workplace safety, quality, and production standards.

FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of production processes and workplace safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing factory-related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily factory and manufacturing operations.
• Support production activities according to company procedures and production schedules.
• Operate or assist with manufacturing equipment and machinery as assigned.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Follow production instructions, workplace procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Monitor production activities and report equipment or product issues to supervisors.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and production-related tasks when required.
• Coordinate with production team members to meet daily production targets.
• Complete assigned production records and reports accurately.
• Perform other duties related to factory and manufacturing operations as assigned.

Requirements:

• Updated Resume with recent clear photo
• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
