EXECUTIVE/VIP DRIVER

Qualifications:

• Gender: Male.
• Age: 45 years old and below.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Driver, VIP Driver, or in a similar position.
• Driver’s License: Must hold a Saudi Arabian driver’s license, either valid or expired, as specified by the employer.
• English Proficiency: Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Personality: Must have a pleasing personality, professional appearance, and courteous attitude.
• Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passport: Must have a ready passport.
• Willingness to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and comply with the employer’s requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for executives, VIPs, and authorized company personnel.
• Drive passengers to meetings, business appointments, airports, and other designated destinations.
• Plan routes in advance and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
• Follow traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passengers’ personal information, schedules, and business activities.
• Assist passengers with luggage and provide courteous, professional service when required.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and other required information.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, fueled, and ready for scheduled assignments.
• Demonstrate discretion, patience, and professionalism when dealing with executives and VIP passengers.
