TKE ALAT Field Operations Company is seeking an experienced Elevator Troubleshooter to perform maintenance, repair, and preventive actions on elevators and escalators. The successful candidate will ensure safety compliance, reduce breakdowns, and coordinate technical activities with management, vendors, and project teams.

ELEVATOR TROUBLESHOOTER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Troubleshooter, or Technician in elevators and escalators
  • Mechanical or Electrical Diploma Holder preferred
  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for elevators and escalators
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical teams and vendors

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere strictly to company safety and compliance rules and regulations
  • Receive, use, and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Perform corrective maintenance activities, including repairs and spare parts replacements
  • Analyze breakdown cases, prepare and execute action plans to reduce entrapments, call-backs, and repeated breakdowns
  • Identify high-risk units (e.g., 2/7 or 3/30 breakdown units), develop action plans, or assign technicians to implement solutions
    Conduct take-over inspections on new units
  • Report abnormalities or issues detected during operations to the Service Engineer, Service Manager, or management
  • Coordinate with ITS and PM teams to develop proactive maintenance strategies
  • Work with vendors for fabrication or outsourcing requirements
