Balady Poultry Company is seeking a qualified Electrical Industrial Engineer to manage preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, and support the reliable operation of production facilities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.

Electrical Industrial Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Must be a Professional License Holder (Passed Board/Professional License Examination).
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, production facilities, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Industrial electrical systems
  • Motors and motor controls
  • Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Sensors and instrumentation
  • Electrical panels and distribution systems
• Experience in commissioning, shutdown, and startup activities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of electrical safety procedures, industrial standards, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Experience in the poultry industry is an advantage.
• Professional certifications related to electrical maintenance and safety are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production lines, utilities, and facility electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults involving motors, MCCs, VFDs, sensors, control panels, and related equipment.
• Restore equipment operation safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
• Supervise installation, modification, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Implement and enforce LOTO procedures and electrical safety practices.
• Review electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Update as-built drawings and maintenance records as required.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, mechanical, and automation teams.
• Manage electrical spare parts inventory and coordinate contractor activities.
• Verify contractor work quality and oversee testing and acceptance procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and technical documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support plant shutdowns, commissioning projects, and emergency maintenance activities.
