Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Elementary Education Major in Preschool Education
• At least 1 year of teaching experience as a KINDERGARTED/PRESCHOOL/EARLY CHILDHOOD within a traditional classroom environment is required
• TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is an advantage but not necessarily required
• Can demonstrate a high level of fluency and accuracy on the English Language and have a strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and literature.
• Having basic to intermediate technology skills is an advantage. This includes using learning management systems, online resources, and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
• Possess qualities such as strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• With Exclusive teaching experience in Kindergarten, Preschool or Early Childhood.

• Manage and utilize teaching materials, technology, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Design and administer assessments to gauge student understanding and progress, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
