Dining Services Duty Supervisor
Qualifications:
- With 4 years relevant experience
- at least HS graduate
- Previous experience in Hotel/Restaurant as a Senior Supervisor
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Strong leadership/managerial skills
- Computer literate and POS knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Execute outlet operations including customer service relationship and inventory management.
- Assist line manager in monitoring employee, operations and food wastage.
- Monitor the performance of assigned outlet service
- Maintain outlet inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu service consistency.
- Provide assistance to the dining Services management in all service preparations, kitchen rules, service standards, cleanliness and inventory controls for Dining Services.
- Responsible for training team leaders for specific duties and responsibilities and ensuring that the standard of service and cleanliness are maintained as per HACCP standard.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operations of the outlet and service equipment.
- Responsible for the commercial follow-up of the project by exploring new opportunities and establish contact with existing customers to improve the cafeteria food safety, service quality and hygiene.
- Assist line manager in the execution of administrative function such as reporting, quality assurance and department meetings.
- Coordinate with all concerned departments for smooth operations.
- Evaluate the standard of HACCP and take the corrective action.
- Ensure that every individual staff meet grooming standards at workplace with clean shaved/trimmed hair and beard.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
- Employment certificates
- NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
- PEOS certificate
