DIMENSION CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

  • Perform dimensional inspections of piping, structural, mechanical, and modular assemblies according to project drawings and specifications.
  • Verify fabrication, assembly, and installation tolerances using appropriate measuring tools and laser alignment
  • Review engineering drawings, isometrics, and 3D models to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain dimensional control reports, inspection records, and as-built documentation.
  • Support construction teams by providing guidance on dimensional adjustments and fit-up solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams to resolve dimensional discrepancies.
  • Ensure calibration and accuracy of all measuring tools and instruments.
  • Participate in pre-fabrication, pre-assembly, and site installation dimensional verification activities.
  • Support offshore/onshore module integration, lifting, and alignment operations.
  • Comply with HSE regulations during measurement and inspection activities.
