Tamima Medical Complex is seeking an experienced Dermatologist to provide comprehensive dermatological consultations, examinations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with various skin, hair, and nail conditions. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing appropriate medications, and delivering patient-centered dermatological care.

Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- Previous professional experience in dermatology or a related clinical setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of dermatological consultation, physical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Knowledge of appropriate prescription of medications and topical treatments in accordance with established clinical guidelines.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain medical conditions and treatment options clearly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail in patient assessment and medical documentation.
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional medical ethics.
- Ability to work effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate, professional, responsible, and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Willingness to follow the policies, procedures, and clinical standards of Tamima Medical Complex.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive dermatological consultations and physical examinations.
- Assess patients presenting with skin, hair, nail, and related dermatological concerns.
- Obtain and review patients’ medical histories, symptoms, and relevant clinical information.
- Evaluate dermatological conditions and determine appropriate diagnoses based on clinical findings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans according to each patient’s condition, medical history, and treatment needs.
- Prescribe medications, topical treatments, and other appropriate therapies in accordance with established clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patients’ responses to treatment and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
- Explain diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and expected outcomes clearly to patients.
- Provide appropriate counseling regarding skin care, medication use, treatment compliance, and preventive measures.
- Perform or assist with appropriate dermatological procedures within the scope of professional practice.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records, consultation notes, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Ensure proper documentation of prescriptions, follow-up recommendations, and patient progress.
- Refer patients for laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, or specialist consultation when necessary.
- Follow established clinical protocols, infection prevention procedures, and patient safety standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with nurses, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Stay updated on current dermatological treatment methods, clinical guidelines, and relevant medical developments.
- Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered care at all times.
- Perform follow-up consultations to assess treatment effectiveness and address continuing or recurring conditions.
- Perform other clinical duties related to dermatology as assigned by the medical center.
